Fitting Recommendations

The 300 last is standard EE with a slightly longer and wider look than our 204. If you have a very slender foot, we recommend going half a point below your normal size. For more doubts about your potential size, you can contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist you.

Waterproof Leather.

This waterproof Leather will stay dry and in good condition after contact with water such as puddles, rain, etc., because its water-repellent compound repels water. This will help prevent water from entering easily and your feet will stay dry longer without compromising breathability. The seams are not sealed and there is no 100% water repellent membrane. In case of submersion or excessive contact with water, water could penetrate through the seams and would not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Leather Care

We recommend applying our Dust Repellent to keep your boots cleaner for longer. In case of getting the boot dirty, remove difficult stains with our Brush / Rubber. Afterwards you can wash the boot with our special Cleaning Spray for nubuck leathers and the Leather will regain its silky touch and finally apply our Repellent with moderation.

The animal from which the leather is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life. This is why we do not consider any slight imperfections such as natural leather wrinkles, slight tonal differences from one piece to another, or in areas within the same boot, and/or naturally closed and healed scars as manufacturing defects.

Nuestros cambios o devoluciones son completamente GRATIS por talla, modelo, color, si no fue de tu agrado, hubo alguna equivocación o si presenta algún defecto de fabricación visible al momento de recibir el producto, siempre y cuando sean reportados dentro de los primeros 30 días naturales después de que recibiste tu compra.

1. Los cambios por otro par están sujetos a confirmación de existencias.
2. Para poder procesar tu solicitud de cambio o devolución deberás enviar mínimo 3 fotografías mostrando el estado del producto (te mostraremos en el proceso los perfiles de referencia).
3. Para que tu solicitud sea aprobada, es necesario que el producto no muestre señales de uso o lavado y sea devuelto con su empaque, etiquetado, relleno de papel y envolturas originales.
4. A partir del segundo cambio o devolución dentro de una misma compra, los envíos van con costo incluso dentro de los 30 días de la política.
5. Para cambios por un estilo diferente el nuevo par deberá ser de igual o mayor precio al de tu compra *.
6. En caso de haber comprado con un cupón promocional, tu descuento solo seguirá aplicando en cambios del mismo estilo/color; si llegaras a solicitar otra variante del mismo modelo o algún otro producto de mayor precio, el cupón se invalidará y deberás de pagar la diferencia.
7. Compras menores a $1,599 pesos y/o de productos de con descuento igual o mayor al 20% o de nuestro Outlet, únicamente son sujetas a devolución, en cuyo caso se cotizará el costo del envío que deberá ser liquidado a través de Mercado Pago, PayPal o directamente por transferencia a nuestra cuenta BBVA.
